Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is conducted by the promoter IFtL (company number 0769804) registered office: FairfieldsPrimary School, Apollo Avenue, Milton Keynes, MK11 4BA.
  2. This competition is open to all pupils of Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL) and 5 Dimensions schools and their siblings aged between five and sixteen (inclusive) attending those schools during April 2020.
  3. Your entry to the competition is free of charge by entering this competition, an entrant (and his/her parent/carer) is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  5. You must submit your entry by 5pm on Monday 1st June (new extended date) by email or post. Any entries received after this date cannot be entered.
  6. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received or lost in transit.
  7. Winners will be advised by 1st February 2021 (new date due to Covid-19) using the contact details of the parent/carer supplied.
  8. All entries submitted agree to have their design published for any marketing and publicity purposes across IFtL and 5 Dimensions including but not limited to social media, website and media (such as the local or national press).
  9. Winners will need to provide a photo to be published alongside their entry which may be used for any marketing and publicity purposes across IFtL and 5 Dimensions including but not limited to social media, website and media (such as the local or national press).
  10. If you are selected as a finalist, the entrant (or the parent/carer if the entrant is under the age of 13) is required to complete a ‘permission to publish form’ and a ‘parental consent form’ for under 13’s for us to gain consent for the winner’s details to be published.
  11. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s parents/carer written consent.
  12. The winner’s names will be available until 1st March 2021 by emailing abunney@iftl.co.uk - please do not email entries to this address.
  13. You promise that:
  • Your entry is wholly comprised of original work, created by the pupil.
  • To be available on the grand opening date in 2022 (date to be confirmed) and able to have your photo taken and published during this event to be used for marketing and publicity purposes including not limited to social media, website and media (such as the local or national press).
  1. The prize value is correct at the time of printing, but no responsibility is accepted for any variation of the value. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prizes of equal or great value.
  2. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable.
  3. The judging panel may choose more than one winner/runner up at their sole discretion.
  4. Winners will need to arrange their own travel to the grand opening.
  5. You grant the promoter and its affiliated companies royalty-free licence to use your entry design for creation, promotion, marketing purposes without any fee being paid including (without limitation) to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, adapt, store, re-format and sub-licence the entry.
  6. You acknowledge the promoter and its affiliated companies may allow users to view, reproduce, download and otherwise deal in the copyrights and other similar rights in the entry.
  7. If for any reason, the competition is not capable of proceeding as planned, is interfered with, or disrupted in any way, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition.
  8. The promoter can decide to extend the closing date of the competition. This will be published on our website iftl.co.uk
  9. The competition is also open to any employees’ children of IFtL or 5 Dimensions. All entries will be judged without knowing the child’s name and family details.
  10. If we cannot contact the winners within 14 days of a notification call, email or through the school, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
  11. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  12. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to our website iftl.co.uk
