IFtL’s founding members include National Leaders of Education, a National Leader of Governance, OFSTED Inspectors, outstanding Principals, Executive Headteachers, and our Head of System Leadership and Colleague Development. Their deep understanding of teaching, learning, and leadership continues to shape our vision and practice.

Alongside our educational leaders, our colleagues in HR, Finance, IT, Marketing and Communications bring strategic insight and specialist skills that strengthen our operations and support our schools to flourish.
