Nita brings strong HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding experience from education settings in Nepal, the UK, and the UAE.
She is committed to creating positive, people-centred working environments and delivering an efficient, compliant HR service at IFtL. Her previous work in the UAE included supporting national skills initiatives and empowering women through business and HR education. Outside work, she enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and watching psychological thrillers.
