Jemma joined our Central Team from Olney Middle School, where she was Business Support Manager. She brings a strong background in school operations, with particular expertise in HR processes and systems. Jemma supports colleagues across IFtL with a solution-focused and collaborative approach.
Outside of work, she's a passionate runner, always working towards her next goal or race.
