Hayley brings extensive experience in supporting senior leaders, most recently as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a global AI technology start-up. Highly organised and composed, she ensures that complex schedules, meetings, and communications flow smoothly in fast-paced environments.
Hayley values building strong working relationships and creating the structures that enable colleagues to succeed. She is excited to support the CEO and contribute to IFtL’s warm, collaborative culture.
Beyond her role, Hayley enjoys travelling with her family, making natural beauty products, and practising yoga.
