Alison Wayman

Alison brings a wealth of HR experience to IFtL, with over 20 years’ experience supporting education across both the public and private sectors. She joins us from EPM Ltd, where she spent 6.5 years working closely with schools and leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including complex employee relations.

A long-standing, values-led HR professional, Alison is known for her approachable and collaborative style. She believes strongly in the importance of trust, compassion, and positive relationships, and is passionate about supporting colleagues and leaders to create inclusive, supportive school cultures where people feel valued and able to do their best work.
