Leadership in focus: Preparing for external review including SEF

Aimed at Senior Leaders.
This training for senior leaders has a sharp focus on the use of effective monitoring strategies and how these build to form a clear ‘big picture’ view of the effectiveness of your school. It will include strategies and techniques for improving the accuracy of your self-evaluation, whilst linking directly to the current Ofsted framework. Attendance (remotely) will hopefully avoid the need for you to invest in more wine ahead of your next external review!

The cost of the course for non subscriptions schools: £135 + VAT for a full day course, £75 + VAT for a half day course.
