We are delighted to be able to offer and for you to receive Leadership Development Mentoring sessions. Our hopes and aims are that this will prove useful to you in your own personal and professional development.

Whilst the content of the sessions is often confidential, you will appreciate our need to ensure that the impact of sessions is somehow identified and recorded. We are also very keen that where; individual, school and Trust CPD needs are identified, we can follow this up and tailor provision accordingly.

This form is designed to capture your thoughts, ideas and questions, without going into the detail of coaching/mentoring conversations.  If you have any further feedback that you think is outside of the remit of the form, please contact Sarah Bennett.
