Leadership in focus: motivating and inspiring your team.
The session will focus upon how effective teams are formed sustained and developed to maximum effectiveness. The session will draw upon teambuilding theories and examples.
A proportion of time will be spent examining the effective leadership of teams. We will explore how leaders gain substantial “followership” through inspirational and evidence-based approaches. Time will be given to explore what sort of leader you are.
The relevance of Transformational leadership and Instructional leadership theories will also be considered
