This session will focus upon the specific demands and expectations of senior leaders in the monitoring of subjects. However, attention will be given to the monitoring of Subject Leaders, the significance of and difference between accountability and responsibility. We will explore what is monitored by senior leaders and when, why and how this complex and varied activity is carried out effectively.
