This session will focus on how to arrange and carry out an effective deep dive within schools. This session will allow you explore how to prepare, plan a deliver a deep dive in order to gain the best understanding of the quality of education in a specific area. It will focus on how to achieve the best evidence through looking at the complete cycle of teaching and learning and how to scaffold a professional dialogue around the impact of the provision, and how to plan for the next steps to ensure rapid and skilful progress towards a highly effective curriculum offer. This is best suited to both middle and senior leaders and will support schools to understand the place for Deep dives and how leaders work together to understand the greater needs of the school and more bespoke needs of individuals within your settings.
