Deep Dives for Middle Leaders (2 date course)

This training is aimed very much at less experienced subject/middle leaders who need to gain a fuller picture of what deep dives are, how they should be planned/undertaken and what to do with the findings. The approach will be equally useful and informative for core subject leaders as those leading any of the wider curriculum subjects. Direct reference will be made to the current Ofsted framework as well as other practical materials that will support participants back in school.
