Leadership in Focus – Tools for School Improvement including… lesson study, live learning & feedback
This session is focussed around SLT and MLT teams on how to drive forward improvements in the quality of education through highly effective monitoring, that feeds directly in to skilled improvement strategies that will bring about rapid progress. Through this session we will look at the quality of information gathered by the school and how to use it to support teaching at the point of delivery. We will explore a variety of models such as typicality, spotlight tours, live leadership, live feedback, live modelling and lesson study. We will explore the purpose of each strategy, how to determine which model is most suited, how to measure the impact and how to engage staff and grow a culture of shared development to ensure the best outcomes.

The cost of the course for non subscriptions schools: £135 + VAT for a full day course, £75 + VAT for a half day course.
